The submission of an order by the Client for the creation of programs and resources posted on the Site implies the full and unconditional agreement of the Client with all the terms of this Offer, as well as with the Privacy Policy and User Agreement. 1.3. The Site "https://pro100py.io" reserves the right to make changes to the Offer without prior notice to the Client. 1.4. The term of the Offer is not limited, unless otherwise specified on the Site.
2.1. The Site undertakes to provide the Client with software products and resources developed using the Python programming language in accordance with the orders placed, and the Client undertakes to accept and pay for these software products and resources on the terms set forth in this Offer.
3.1. Prices for the creation of programs and resources using Python are discussed after the "Technical Assignment." 3.2. The price is specified in the currency determined on the Site and includes all applicable taxes. 3.3. The final cost is determined at the time of order placement and depends on specifications and the scope of work.
4.1. The acceptance of this Offer (contract) is the Client's order for the creation of programs and resources using Python in accordance with the conditions provided in this Offer. 4.2. By accepting the Offer, the Client agrees that: All provided data (including personal data) are provided voluntarily. The provided data may be transferred to the Site and used for the purposes specified in this Offer, Privacy Policy, and User Agreement. The provided data may be used for the promotion of the Site's products and services through direct contact with the Client. The Client's consent to the processing of provided data is indefinite and can be revoked by submitting a written statement to the Site.
5.1. Ownership rights to the created software products and resources using Python transfer to the Client from the moment of the actual transfer of software products and resources, as well as the payment of the full cost.
6.1. The refund and refund policy is regulated by the applicable legislation and the provisions provided by the Site.
7.1. Delivery of programs and resources to the Client is carried out within the agreed-upon timeframes specified during the ordering process.
8.1. The Site reserves the right to transfer its rights and obligations to third parties. 8.2. The temporary unavailability of the Site for technical reasons does not entail responsibility towards the Client. 8.3. The relationship between the Site and the Client is governed by applicable legislation.
